1. Purpose of Content Guidelines

Live E City is committed to maintaining a high-quality, trustworthy, and safe business directory platform. These Content Guidelines outline the standards required for all business listings, user reviews, photos, product listings, and messages submitted to our website.

2. Business Listing Quality Standards

All business entries submitted by users or business owners must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Authentic Business Entity: Listings must represent legitimate, operational businesses or professional services.
  • Accurate Contact Info: Business name, telephone number, official website, physical address, and hours of operation must be accurate and up to date.
  • Proper Categorization: Businesses must be placed in relevant categories and subcategories matching their primary line of service.
  • Original Descriptions: Business descriptions must provide meaningful context regarding products, services, and specialization without keyword stuffing.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Live E City and will result in immediate rejection or listing removal:

  • Illegal Goods or Services: Promotion of illegal activities, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons.
  • Adult & Sensitive Content: Sexually explicit material, adult entertainment services, or inappropriate imagery.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, violence, or harassment against individuals or groups.
  • Scams & Phishing: Fraudulent schemes, deceptive financial products, unauthorized lead generation forms, or malicious links.
  • Copyright Infringement: Uploading images, logos, or copy without proper copyright authorization.
  • Spam & Duplicate Listings: Submitting multiple identical listings for the same business location or flooding search results with duplicate entries.

4. Review & Rating Moderation Policy

To preserve review integrity, all posted reviews must comply with these guidelines:

  • Firsthand Experience: Reviews must be based on genuine, personal experiences with the business within the past 12 months.
  • Conflict of Interest: Business owners, employees, or competitors are prohibited from posting biased reviews or ratings on their own or competing listings.
  • No Inappropriate Language: Reviews containing profanity, hate speech, threats, or personal contact info of staff members will be removed.
  • No Financial Incentive: Offering or accepting money, discounts, or gifts in exchange for posting positive or negative reviews is strictly forbidden.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Our team regularly reviews listings and user feedback. We reserve the right to edit, unpublish, reject, or permanently delete any content or user account that breaches these Content Guidelines without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations
