4. Business Listings and Listing Ownership

Business owners or authorized representatives may submit business listings or claim existing listings on Live E City. By submitting or claiming a listing, you warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to represent the business enterprise.
• All submitted details (name, address, telephone, opening hours, business description) are accurate and truthful.
• The business operates legally and complies with all local regulations and licensing requirements.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any business listing that violates our Content Guidelines or is deemed misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent.

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Users can submit ratings, reviews, questions, and responses. By submitting content to Live E City, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute your content across our platform.

You represent and warrant that your reviews and content:

• Reflect genuine, firsthand experiences with the business.
• Do not contain defamatory, abusive, offensive, or illegal material.
• Do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Are not posted for compensation or fraudulent manipulation of rating scores.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Live E City, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract directory data without written permission.
• Post fake, misleading, or spam business listings or reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, or computer systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance, security, or integrity of the Service.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

The Service contains links to third-party business websites and displays third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, software code, designs, and compilation of directory content on Live E City are the intellectual property of Live E City or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Live E City DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE DIRECTORY INFORMATION IS ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Live E City BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business directory platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
